Strength &
hypertrophy
It’s good to have muscles but are they strong? Strength and hypertension is a firm favourite amongst the heat studios family. This class is made up of 6 strength basics push, pull, squat, hinge, carry and lunge and spread across two days Tuesday (lower body) and Thursday (upper body), expect some heavy lift and slow and controlled reps to strengthen your body in the most functional manner possible. Our coaches ARE ALWAYS ON HAND TO MAKE SURE YOU LIFT SAFELY AND CORRECTLY.
Fitness Level: Beginner to advanced
METCON
Pushing your abilities in one of our most challenging classes METCON. Each class consists of 5 stations with 6 minute EMOM (every minute on the minute) stations. Each station consists of a compound lift, and functional movement and a cardio movement, you are guaranteed to get those calories scorched. Our coaches are always on hand to make the intensity as safe and as fun as possible.
Fitness Level: Intermediate to advanced
Heat HIIT
Turn up the heat with this high paced class. Interval time training with plyometric movements to get the heart rate up, increase aerobic capacity and improve your functional performance with our functional stations, this is one of our more beginner friendly classes and will help clients build confidence to join other classes.
Fitness Level: Beginner to intermediate
Boxfit
Boxfit is a great workout incorporating cardio and HIIT based principles using real boxing techniques, it also improves coordination while burning calories, great for beginners and intermediate fitness levels, so whether you never threw a punch in your life or are a little more seasoned this is the class for you.
